Sat Jun 13	2026 OH Time Trials Orange Hunt Pool Start: 8:00 AM OH TIME TRIALS - Declare your swimmer(s) in SwimTopia AND select the events for your swimmer(s) if you have not done so yet. Declare before Thursday, 6/11 by 9:00pm. You can select up to 4 events (FR, BK, BR, and FL). Please sign up for events your athlete is legal in. If you need help doing this please email us, or find us at the pool to assist. Swimmer Schedule: 7:00-7:10am - Arrival (Please don’t be late! Your swimmer needs to be at the pool NLT 7:10am to give them time to check in with coaches and get settled). 7:20-7:35am - Warmups Group 1: 12 & under 7:35-7:50am - Warmups Group 2: 13 & over 7:35-7:45am - 12 & under - Opportunity to meet with a Ref and Starter to have a briefing on starts and how the meet will run; this will be in the Team Area 7:55am - National Anthem 8:00am - Start Order of events: Freestyle (FR), Backstroke (BK), Breaststroke (BR), Butterfly (FL) [NO Individual Medleys (IMs) this day] Swimmers may leave as soon as they are finished swimming their last event. They do not need to stay for the whole meet. Please have your swimmer bring two towels, warm clothes, goggles, water bottle, sunscreen, cap and a folding chair! Meet Theme: Taylor Swift’s Wedding! To make your life a little easier, we will provide “Dinner at the Pool” for purchase each night of evening practices May 26-June 17 from 5:00-7:30pm. Dinner at the Pool - Mangino's Pizza (Monday, 6/15/2026) Join us for *Dinner at the Pool* nights 5:00 - 7:00pm. Tonight we are having Mangino's Pizza! Pre-order your dinner, pick up and pay at the Shark Shack and enjoy a hassle free dinner evening. Pre-ordering your food guarantees you dinner! Pre-Order Form - close same day, 6/15/2026 @11:00am.

Sat Jun 20	NVSL Dual #1: HOME vs VH Orange Hunt Sharks Start: 9:00 AM Warm-up: 8:00 AM June 20: A-Meet #1, HOME vs Virginia Hills (VH) Location: Orange Hunt Pool - In keeping with our tradition of being hospitable to the visiting team, please park in the surrounding neighborhood and leave the lot open for our visiting team. Showtime at OH Pool, 7:40am Swimmers must check in with their coaches. This is the time to do any spirit. Meet Theme: Pink/Neon colors! MEET TIMELINE: 7:55am - Marshals on deck for warmups 8:00-8:20am - Orange Hunt Team warm up 8:25-8:45am - Visiting Team warm up 8:45am - All Timers and Officials report to their positions 8:50am - First Swimmers to Clerk of Course 8:55am - National Anthem 9:00am - Start Volunteers - Please wear white tops and navy (dark) bottoms and check email for when you should arrive. Marshalls on deck at 7:55am for warmups. All officials report at the pool NLT 8:20am, for meet briefing with the Referee at 8:30am. All timers report at the pool NLT 8:25am, for a timers brief with the Chief Timer at 8:35am This is a team event, so all swimmers please plan to stay for the entire meet to cheer on your teammates. Mon Jun 22	SBDL B-Meet FS @ OH Orange Hunt Pool Start: 6:30 PM Warm-up: 5:20 PM End: 9:30 PM June 22, 2026: B-Meet #1, HOME vs Fairfax Station (FS) Location: Orange Hunt Pool - In keeping with our tradition of being hospitable to the visiting team, please park in the surrounding neighborhood and leave the lot open for our visiting team. This meet is for all Sharks on Swim Team! Please note, it is a Springfield-Burke Developmental League rule that swimmers shall not be entered in events in which the swimmer has no likelihood of swimming legally. Please refer to B-Meet Entry Guidelines when selecting your swimmers' strokes. Coaches have the final say in events. Meet entries are due at 12:00pm noon Sunday prior to the meet. Shark Showtime at OH Pool, 5:05pm Swimmers must check in with their coaches Meet Theme: Pink/Neon colors!
