Sat Jun 15 2024	NVSL Dual #1: Away @ LHP Little Hunting Park Pool - 7000 Canterbury Ln, Alexandria Start: 9:00 AM Warm-up: 8:25 AM End: 12:00 PM (estimated) June 15, 2024: A-Meet #1, Away @ Little Hunting Park (LHP) Address: 7000 Canterbury Ln, Alexandria, VA 22307 EVENT TIMELINE: Showtime at OH Parking lot, 7:10am, we will caravan to Little Hunting Pool as a team 8:25-8:45am - Orange Hunt Warm up 9:00am - Meet start time Volunteers - Please wear white tops and navy (dark) bottoms and check email for when you should arrive. Marshalls on deck at 8:00 for warmups. All officials report at the pool by 8:10am. This is a team event, so all swimmers please plan to stay for the entire meet to cheer on your teammates. ORDER CONFIRMATION – After placing your order, look for an email confirmation in your Inbox. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION, YOUR ORDER WAS NOT PLACED. Place your order here. NO LATE ORDERS - To ensure on time delivery for everyone on your team we are unable to take or change orders after the store closing date. DELIVERY - Pick-Up @ Swim Practice. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES - Custom items & team suits with a team logo or individual name are not eligible for return or exchange for any reason, including incorrect size. TEAM SUITS -Try on your suit to make sure it fits correctly. Suits should fit snug with no wrinkles or gaps. The first time you try on your suit it will feel tight. Your suit will loosen when it is wet and with continued wear. Try your suit on BEFORE you get into the water. Suit that have been worn in the water cannot be returned or exchanged. Team suits can also be tried on and purchased in our retail store SuitUp 10627 Braddock Road, Fairfax VA 22032. Monday-Friday 10-5. Saturday & Sunday 12-4.

Sat Jun 8 2024	Time Trials 2024 Orange Hunt Start: 8:00 AM Warm-up: 7:20 AM End: 12:00 PM (estimated) Time Trials is the first meet of the season. Each swimmer will compete in all 4 strokes (free, back, breast & butterfly). Some of the younger swimmers do not have a legal swim in all 4 strokes yet, and the coaches will identify which strokes they should try. Time trials will establish a swimmer's baseline seed time in each stroke. Volunteers needed: Various Job Signups
Fri Jun 7 2024	Clinic: Starts, Turns, and Finishes Orange Hunt Start: 5:00 PM End: 5:30 PM Since there are Limited sign-up slots, only sign-up for dates you are able to attend. If your swimmer is unable to attend the clinic, please cancel your slot and allow another swimmer a chance to sign-up.
