EVENT TIMELINE:

Sharks Showtime at OH Parking Lot,7:00am

• Swimmers must check in with their coaches.
• This is the time to do any spirit decoration with the coaches (tattoos, etc)

7:20am -Depart for Hamlet7:50am - Sharks arrive at Hamlet
8:00-8:20am - Orange Hunt Team Warm-up
8:45am - First Swimmers to Clerk of Course
8:55am - National Anthem
9:00am - Start
We hope to be done by 11:30am.

** Volunteers - Please wear white tops and navy (dark) bottoms and check email for when you should arrive. Marshalls on deck at 8:00 for warmups. All officials report at the pool by 8:10am.

This is a team event, so all swimmers please plan to stay for the entire meet to cheer on your teammates. It will be very exciting! These Saturday meets go fast!

Rally in the Alley is a fast, fun meet that gives swimmers (12 and under) a chance to swim in a relay who may not typically get this opportunity!  It’s also a great way for friends who swim at different summer pools to have a chance to swim together!  Rally in the Alley was longstanding tradition in the neighborhood for many years prior to 2019, and we brought it back in 2023 with much fun and success!

Declare availability to participate at Rally in the Alley before 6/23 @ 11:59pm.

Returning to Rally in the Alley is Capitol Snow Shaved Ice!

This meet is for all Sharks on Swim Team! Please note, it is a Springfield-Burke Developmental League rule that swimmers shall not be entered in events in which the swimmer has no likelihood of swimming legally. Please refer to B-Meet Entry Guidelines when selecting your swimmers' strokes.

• Coaches have the final say in events.
• Meet entries are due on Sunday @ 10:00am prior to the meet.
