Divisional Meet is split into two sessions for swimmers and volunteers:
1st Half Events: IM, FR, BK
2nd Half Events: BR, FL

7:35am, OH Marshal Briefing
7:45-8:00am, Orange HuntWarmups (Lanes 4,5,6)
7:50am, Officials briefing with Referee
8:00am, Timers briefing with Chief Timers
8:15am, Clerk of Course and Table workers briefings
8:20am, Clear the pool
8:25am, Clerk of Course Event #41 and #42
8:29am, National Anthem
8:30am, Meet Begins with IM
*There is a 10-minute warmup break between each stroke (assigned lane 2).
9:25am, FR, no earlier start time

10:10am, BK, no earlier start time
10:20am, Second Half Officials (S&T and Timers) meet with the Referee

July 15, 2024: Individual Medley (IM) Meet, Away @ South Run (SOR)
Note: NOT South Run RECenter
This meet is for all Sharks on Swim Team! All 9&under swimmers must have approval to swim IM from a Coach. Please note, it is a Springfield-Burke Developmental League rule that swimmers shall not be entered in events in which the swimmer has no likelihood of swimming legally. 

• Coaches have the final say in events.
• Meet entries are due at noon Sunday prior to the meet.
• If you are interested in participating in Family Relays or Adult IM - please signup using the SignUp Genius here.

MEET TIMELINE:

5:25pm - Shark Showtime
5:45-6:05pm -  Orange Hunt Warm ups
5:50pm - Officials briefing with Referee
6:00pm - Timers briefing with Chief Timer
6:20pm - First Swimmers to Clerk of Course
6:30pm - IM Meet Start

** Volunteers - Please wear white tops and navy (dark) bottoms and check email for when you should arrive. Marshals on deck at 5:30pm for warmups. All officials and other volunteers report at the pool by 5:45 pm. 

WEATHER: If weather prevents the meet, we can look to reschedule for 17 or 18 July permitting South Run Regency approval.

July 8, 2024: B-Meet #4, HOME vs Ravensworth (R)
This meet is for all Sharks on Swim Team! Please note, it is a Springfield-Burke Developmental League rule that swimmers shall not be entered in events in which the swimmer has no likelihood of swimming legally. Please refer to B-Meet Entry Guidelines when selecting your swimmers' strokes. 

• Coaches have the final say in events.
• Meet entries are due at noon Sunday prior to the meet. 

Location: Orange Hunt Pool - In keeping with our tradition of being hospitable to the visiting team, please park in the surrounding neighborhood and leave the lot open for our visiting team.

5:45-6:05 - Visiting Team Warmup
6:10 - Mini Shark/Lollipop Races
6:20 - First Swimmers to Clerk of Course
