EVENT TIMELINE:

NOTE: Early adjusted meet start timeline!

Showtime at OH Pool, NLT 7:00am

• Swimmers must check in with their coaches.
• This is the time to do any spirit body paint/glitter.
• We will depart OH, and caravan to LG as a team NLT 7:10am.
• We will connect in the LG parking lot and walk in together as a team at 7:40am.
• If you will meet us separately - notify the Reps, and arrive NLT 7:40am.

Shark Warmup, 7:55-8:15am
Meet start time, 8:30am (adjusted early meet start due to weather)

** Volunteers - Please wear white tops and navy (dark) bottoms and check email for when you should arrive. Marshalls on deck at 7:55am for warmups. All officials report at the pool by 7:55am.

This is a team event, so all swimmers please plan to stay for the entire meet to cheer on your teammates. It will be very exciting! These Saturday meets go fast!

July 1, 2024: B-Meet #3, Away @ Hunt Valley (HV)
This meet is for all Sharks on Swim Team! Please note, it is a Springfield-Burke Developmental League rule that swimmers shall not be entered in events in which the swimmer has no likelihood of swimming legally. Please refer to B-Meet Entry Guidelines when selecting your swimmers' strokes.

• Coaches have the final say in events.
• Meet entries are due at noon Sunday prior to the meet.

MEET TIMELINE:

Showtime - 5:30pm, Arrive at Hunt Valley pool
5:30pm, Marshals on deck for both team Warm Ups (we can’t start without you!)
5:55-6:20pm, Orange Hunt Team Warm Up
5:50pm, Officials briefing
6:00pm, Timers briefing
6:20pm, First Swimmers to Clerk of Course
6:25pm, National Anthem
6:30pm, Meet Start
